Refund Policy

Activity Autopilot LLC provides workflow automation services on a monthly subscription basis. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
Monthly Subscriptions
Our workflow services are billed monthly in advance. When you activate a workflow, you are charged the monthly service fee for that workflow, subject to any applicable bundle discounts.
You may cancel any active workflow at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your active workflows will continue to operate normally until that date, giving you full access to the service you've already paid for.
Monthly service fees are non-refundable once charged. We do not prorate partial months or issue refunds for unused time within a billing cycle that has already begun.
Implementation Fees
The one-time implementation fee charged at the start of each workflow setup is non-refundable. This fee covers the initial configuration, integration with your existing systems, testing, and deployment of the workflow.
How to Cancel
You can cancel any active workflow through your customer portal. Log in to your account, navigate to your active workflows, and select "Cancel" next to any workflow you wish to deactivate. Your cancellation will process immediately and your workflow will continue running through the end of your current billing cycle.

Disputes and Exceptions
We want every customer to have a positive experience with Activity Autopilot. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, or if you experience a service issue you feel warrants a refund outside our standard policy, please contact us at support@activityautopilot.com within 30 days of the charge.
Include in your message:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge in question
- A clear description of the issue
We review every dispute individually and respond within 3 business days. While refunds outside the standard policy are granted at our discretion, we handle each case fairly and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Beta Participants
Participants in our beta program receive complimentary access to selected workflows for a defined period. No payment is required during the beta period, and no refunds apply. When the beta period ends, continued use of the service transitions to standard paid terms, at which point this refund policy applies.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us directly, we reserve the right to immediately deactivate your workflows and close your account. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we're a small team and we're almost always able to resolve issues faster than a chargeback process.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
